@Zacapea The palettes you cited probably weren't skipped, but rather made as test palettes by Color-Hex to test the palette creator before releasing it to the website's users and then deleted soon after. There also would've been many palettes deleted between the 164th palette and this one. They all existed at some point, though, so this palette is still the 100,000th to be made.

1st to 163rd palettes were skipped, apart from 161 so the true 100,000th palette on Color-hex is Color Palette is 100163!
