BTS Lotte Family Duty Concert VCR Color Palette

BTS shows a Intro VCR before their Lotte Family Duty concert performance (8/11/19), and ARMY fans deciphered the numbers you see flash on the screen. What they theorized is that these Hex codes symbolize colors from the LY Series albums. The last color was left black intentionally due to not being able to remove the fifth color.
